1. Pass Purchases: Passes for the Innovation Summit 2024 are available through our official website and authorized vendors. Please note that these passes are non-refundable except as mandated by Indian law.
2. Event Changes & Cancellation: We reserve the right to make changes to the event’s schedule, speakers, or venue without prior notice. In the unlikely event of a complete cancellation, refunds will be issued in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
3. Unauthorized Reselling: Passes are intended for personal use and are non-transferable. Reselling or transferring passes for profit is prohibited and may result in voiding of the pass.
4. Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen events beyond our control, including natural disasters or political unrest, we are not liable for any failure to perform or delay in the event.
5. Governing Law: All terms, including this policy, are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts.
6. Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to direct damages incurred due to our breach of these terms, excluding indirect or consequential damages.
